Responsibilities:
Identification the realization of the optimization potentials
Responsible in maintaining the vendor accounts of the company
Responsible for the accurate processing of invoices and credit notes.
Ensuring compliance and AP Service Level Agreements.
Assisting the Accounts Payable with the management decision
Requirements
Requirements:
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
1-2 years of professional experience in the accounting area
Experienced accounting knowledge, preferably in the Accounts Payable area
Knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes and/or Expense Processes is an advantage
With basic SAP FI-MM and Accounts Payable interfaces is also an advantage
