Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience if less than 2 years of college education or if a High School Graduate

Technical support experience is preferred.
Understanding and experience with technical products networking, Wi-Fi
Basic knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems as well as basic understanding of computer hardware
