As the Managing Director for the Philippines you will be responsible for driving large and complex business opportunities with strategic clients, whilst originating prospects and nurturing the existing relationships with clients.
This is a role that will balance both strategic and operational responsibilities, you will oversee the big picture and also roll up your sleeves to drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will exhibit skills in technical sales and business operations to help position Blackpanda as the premier cyber security digital forensics and incident response firm in the Philippines. The candidate will possess positive energy and enthusiasm with the desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts, as well as be capable of assisting in the management of the sales pipeline to ensure the excellent delivery of services.
What you will do:
Identify new business opportunities whilst establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, typically at C-level within your assigned portfolio.
Be a trusted advisor for our customers with the ability to promote our services and act upon the company's value propositions.
Maintaining a credible presence within selected industry verticals.
Always alert of competitors' activities in the market and share intel internally.
Manage existing channel partners while establishing new partnerships
As a leader in creating proposals and presentations for new business materials to capture new business opportunities and partnerships.
Own and be accountable for making sure clients are 100% satisfied with Blackpanda's services by acknowledging the latest trends and customers' needs.
Set strategic short/ medium and long-term goals.
Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integrations.
Account Management and ensuring delivery of contracted services to the client from launch meeting to final report regarding administrative, logistical, and operational requirements.
Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
Coordinate closely with the cybersecurity incident response team and capable of translating, preparing, and presenting technical results to client executives with professionalism and precision.
Maintain a high-profile of Blackpanda presence in the marketplace and grow customers' relationships into a long-term commercial partnership.
What are we looking for:
A minimum of 8 years B2B technology sales experience is required in the Philippines.
A minimum of 2 years of management experience is required.
Strong and proven experience in relationship management skills with C-levels and prospects.
Strong sense of knowledge in Cybersecurity Technology verticals, including products, services, competitor updates, and trends.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English / public speaking skills.
A proven sales track record, as well as an identifiable network in the IT security industry, will be a plus!
A bachelor's degree from a recognized university or tertiary education institution, preferably in a related or relevant subject.

Role is based in the Philippines. Blackpanda has a Work From Anywhere policy whereby the Managing Director (Philippines) will be able perform their role outside their country of employment (Philippines) for up to 30 days in a calendar year, subject to alignment with business and operational requirements, and being available for a minimum 6 hours between 9am and 6pm SGT to sync with the tribe.
Hybrid working (in-county), 50% Work from home, 50% On-site, including client visits.
40 days paid leave (including public holidays) that can be taken at any time at your discretion, subject to alignment with business and operational requirements.
