Overall Responsibility
Oversee the overall daily operations, employees and compliance of the property to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Specific Duties
A. Human Resources
Lead the team
Coordinate staff schedule
Ensure employees follow SOP's and company disciplinary rules
Provide training to employees
B. Accounting and Finance
Aid with budget creation and management
C. Sales and Marketing
Suggest innovations and upgrades on F&B offerings
Assist in creating promos
Provide customer service
Ensure suppliers follow general operating procedures
D. Safety and Security
Secures property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies
E. Corporate
Ensure compliance of property to government requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field
A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role
Required Languages: English, Cebuano, Filipino
Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City
