Is in need of:
 
MANAGER
 
Salary Range: P25,000 to P30,000
 
Overall Responsibility:
 
Oversee the overall daily operations, employees and compliance of the property to ensure continuous customer satisfaction
 
Specific Duties:
 
A. Human Resources
Lead a team of at most 35 employees
Create staff schedule
Be the final decision maker in hiring new employees
Ensure employees follow SOP's and company disciplinary rules
Ensure departments are performing above average
Provide training to employees
B. Accounting and Finance
Aid with budget creation and management
C. Sales and Marketing
Assist in creating promos
Provide customer service
Accommodate clients who need extra assistance
Ensure suppliers follow general operating procedures
D. Safety and Security
Secures property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
E. Corporate
Ensure compliance of property to government requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
Required Languages: English, Cebuano, Filipino
Willing to work in Barangay Buot, Punta Engano, Lapu-Lapu City

PHP 25,000 - 30,000 per month
