Description
Technical writer oversees collecting manual revisions from stake holders, implement revisions and
publish them to the right users.
Responsibilities
 Revise and publish manuals using the input from the manual stakeholders.
 Monitor regulatory changes on behalf of airline customers and advise if airlines' manuals need
a to be revised.
 Publish a year manual revision schedule per customer.
 Manages the documentation control process and proposes changes to management.
 Ensure all manuals are adequately distributed and read by crew and other stake holders.
 Edits and publishes, short term crew notices. Including managing effectivity and cancellation
policy.
Requirements
 5 years' experience as management in the document control or technical publications areas.
 Has experience analysing regulations and talking to stake holders within airlines.
 Has stablished document control processes before.
 Knowledge on configuring documentation management systems.
