Duties & Responsibilities:
Source for highly complex and technical roles - IT, GBS & Managers & Up
Ensure candidate pipeline sufficient for roles/requisitions assigned by means of managing own postings in all Job Portals and other Sourcing channel activations
Attend calibration calls with Recruiting and hiring managers, drive sourcing discussions and be able to explain market trends to educate stakeholders
Data Analysis - must be able to collate, review and analyze data coming from pipeline/funnel to understand root cause in hiring challenges
Create accurate and high-level market scans to be presented to all stakeholders
Responsible in resolving disputes and able to respond to internal customers should there be any escalation regarding reports.
Demonstrate an adequate knowledge of techniques which require a grasp of involved practices, precedents, theory, industry, and principles needed to coach direct reports.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
Managing calibration sessions, endorsements and reporting for all vendor placement activities to expedite hiring of highly complex roles.
Qualifications:
3 years' experience in sourcing and hiring for leadership & support roles specifically technical roles
5 years' relevant experience in recruiting or sourcing
Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Analytical problem-solving skills, linear and logical troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office program.
Highly flexible to perform all functions within Recruitment.
