In your new role you will:
Be responsible to secure capacity and availability of materials at subcontractors in order to fulfill the company's demand and perform escalation management on capacity issues
Work with Business Divisions and Supply Chain team on volume ramp up or demand changes
Align with development and engineering team to drive flexibility
Participate in alignment of demand / supply planning and ensure system actuality
Work actively on Supply Chain projects to improve workflow and productivity
Your profile
You strive for high quality results. You take matters into your own hands and are able to unite all parties involved. Thanks to your strong analytical and interpersonal skills, you successfully handle complex topics and communicate them clearly to the different stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Business
Minimum 7 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry / planning
Possess understanding of semiconductor processes / Supply Chain landscape, preferably with SAP know-how and corresponding IT knowledge
Demonstrate ability to lead projects in a cross-functional setup
Effective writing and communications skills and able to interact with all levels
Super-user proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel / PowerPoint / Word
Candidates with Supplier Management experience is highly welcome
