The role spearheads the growth and expansion of Lubeserv and Lubeserv on Wheels by setting up company-owned operations and forging partnerships with dealers/franchisees. It also entails managing day-to-day operations and working with internal and external stakeholders to run the business efficiently.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Analyze customer research and competitive data, and develop strategies and action plans to build the Lubeserv business.
2. Measure effectiveness of strategies and execution
3. Handle day-to-day operations for company-owned sites and ensure aligned execution for franchisees
4. Coordinate with functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of plans
5. Negotiate and forge business relations with franchisees, suppliers and strategic partners
Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of Engineering from a reputable university
At least 7 years experience in business development and/or operations in automotive service
At least 2 years in managerial/leadership position
Critical Skils:
Project management and analytical skills
Interpersonal skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in different productivity tools, such as GSuite, etc.
Strong stakeholder management skills
P&L background
Operations background a plus
Realistic Job Preview:
The role will lead the Lubeserv business expansion from strategy development to execution. He/She will ensure that strategies are implemented, monitored and measured regularly.
Will check on service bay operations and address day-to-day issues.
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
