THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS...
• Shall assist the Group in implementing the risk management programs to ensure that BPI/MS Insurance Corporation is protected against the various operating risks arising from the business processes
• Analyze and ensure that the company policies and processes are aligned with the BPI and MSI guidelines, ISO Quality Management System Standards, and regulatory bodies (such as the Insurance Commission)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promote, develop and manage best practice ERM framework
• Responsible for the completion of Manuals for Risk Management and Operating Processes
• Ensure compliance with local ERM related requirements
• Report key risk assessments to appropriate stakeholders
• Provide inputs for training materials, bulletins and FAQs on Risk Management
• Conduct training modules on risk awareness / appreciation
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of a business related course preferably with background on Mathematics / Statistics / Finance / IT
• Has good working knowledge on the risk management industry
• Preferably with knowledge of regulatory requirements, insurance operations, standards, products and information systems.
• Good analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills
• Is adaptable and able to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously effectively and with efficiency
• Has human relations / people skills
• Resourceful and solutions oriented
