TeleTech is seeking a Revenue Assurance Manager to join our Enterprise Services team.

What you'll be doing:
The Revenue Assurance Manager will report to the Accounting organization and will be involved in the revenue cycle - which includes contract review, invoice set-up, revenue recognition, and revenue analysis. This position is responsible for managing a staff of 2 Supervisors and 5 Revenue Assurance analysts and to ensure that staff is handling their responsibilities. They need an expert knowledge of contracts, gathering reporting data, producing complex excel templates, and validating information and applying appropriate accounting treatment. This role will also help train and develop the supervisors on their team's management skills by working hand in hand with them regularly.
What you'll bring to us:
Assist with final contract review and determination of proper revenue recognition and invoicing specifications for complex accounts.
Responsible for final review of invoice templates
Review journal entries, schedules, and accruals for month end close process as needed
Review of monthly balance sheet accounts and research variances.
Communicate with Operations/Client executive regarding revenue recognition requirements.
Ensure complex accounts are handled in the most effective and efficient way.
Assistance in preparing quarterly technical documentation.
Assist in preparation of audit requests and other special projects as deemed necessary.
What skills you'll need:
BS/BA degree, Finance or Accounting
2+ years experience managing teams and 6+ years experience dealing with invoicing, finance, or accounting process. Public accounting experience preferred
Understanding of US GAAP revenue recognition (ASC 605)
Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills
CPA, or eligible to sit for CPA exams, preferred
Knowledge of Oracle R12 and Hyperion Essbase a plus
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
