Manager, restructuring & forensics (corporate / individual)Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:
High-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters
Day-to-day management of engagements such as valuations and accounting investigation assignments, financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures
Establishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients
Drafting detailed, complex reports and documents for Courts and creditors
Supervising and mentoring juniors
Maintaining and developing relationships with potential and current clients
Promoting an insolvency/restructuring firm
Requirements
Possess Degree in relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in this field is required
Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems
Qualified to take liquidation appointments in the Singapore
