ABOUT THIS JOB
To manage a team responsible for ensuring the highest quality consumer data is collected on studies through consultation with the client, the account team, and the appropriate Operations departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with Commercial Account lead and client on study objectives, client issues, study design, and proposal
Reviews proposals to ensure accurate field specifications are given to the Field Department
Consults with clients and Commercial Account lead to clarify learning objectives and design concept stimulus, questionnaire, etc.
Advises analysts on study design based on study specifics (e.g., quotas, target group definitions, design of test cells) and application of analytical tools (e.g., TURF, CIA)
Ensures both their own and staff's projects meet BASES standards, e.g., interview length, question sequence, comprehensive questions with appropriate scales and responses that will produce actionable and top quality data
Ensures appropriate tools are used for communicating and documenting study issues, deadlines, schedules, special needs, changes, etc.
Actively creates, communicates and ensures application of client standards on study components
Attends client presentation/meetings/consultations, as requested
Manages client questions and difficult situations appropriately
Serves as the lead Project Coordination contact on a major account or several small accounts for internal stakeholders
Participates in training for the Project Coordination staff and ensures direct reports receive the necessary training
Defines metrics on On time delivery for the team and ensures they adhere to it
Monitors and balances workload of staff in group
Supervises direct reports by answering questions, providing constructive and consistent feedback, and conducting performance appraisals in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

4+ years of experience in related field of project management and execution
Supervisory experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Questionnaire writing /Designing
Attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-tasking skills
Good client service skills and able to communicate and write effectively in English
