In your new role you will:
Engage subcontractors with regards to forecasting, demand commitment, securing capacity and material liability
Define and cascade planning deliverable to subcontractors located globally to meet customer demand
Drive commitment of customer demand in alignment globally with business division
Drive improvement projects, work with cross functional team on critical ramp-up/transfer projects at sub-cons
Responsible for material liability management at subcontractors affecting segment cost position
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business disciplines with at least 7 years of extensive exposure in process, business planning & operation, in the Semiconductor industry
Experience in capacity calculation is a must
Good knowledge of Assembly and Test operation, Logistics and Material Planning
Subcon escalation management and Supplier Management Relationship
Good degree of knowledge regarding interactive management with industry markets and subcontractors
Ability to harness teamwork and influence subcontractors for procedures implementation
Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
