We work closely with other departments (such as the Research department) in the organisation in Philippines as well as other countries to help Landlords and Tenants. What this job involves: Lead transactions and work independently as well as being part of a team Responsible for the leasing of office space to prospective tenants either on behalf of Landlords or Tenants (working with colleagues and working alone) Responsible for the leasing of serviced office / co-working to prospective Landlords and tenants (working with colleagues and working alone) Formulating and assist in formulating marketing strategies and leasing plans of Landlord leasing projects Formulating and assist in formulating marketing strategies and leasing plans of Tenants looking for office space Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing relating activities of appointed office buildings (working with colleagues and working alone) Assist and lead the leasing process of office buildings from finding prospects, identifying prospective Clients, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents Assist and lead the leasing process for Tenants, from finding prospective Clients, identifying prospective office space, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents Sound like you To apply you need to be: Licensed Broker and Experienced in Corporate Leasing Transactions Do you have at least 3 years of experience in commercial or office leasing preferably including agency set up Are you bursting with energy and ready to hit the road running Your passion in cultivating new contacts and ability to speak the local language will be integral in helping the business grow its market share in Cebu, Philippines.
