Manager Mid Term planning Job Description Description The mid-term planning analyst will compute operational requirements to operate the network and deliver it efficiently and on time. The analysis will include crewing resources, aircraft, possible OTP based on past performance and schedule. Those requirements need to be communicated back to customers and other parts of the organization for adequate resourcing. Responsibilities: Compute long and midterm crew requirements and ensure other departments source the operation accordingly. Compute requirements and communicate with airports for new schedule changes, Coordinate with the Maintenance department of customers to compute maintenance requirements son the schedule. Prepare briefing for OCC on possible critical issues in the commercial schedule. Schedule aircraft based on aircraft performance, MEL items, and pax capacity. Publish and distribute changes on the schedule until the day of ops -72 hours. Requirements: 5 years' experience as management in airlines resource computation and management. Has experience analyzing airline operations from maintenance, crew, and operational aspects. Has established systems to optimize aircraft schedules before.
