Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage MCC's execution process of controlling the maintenance activities (troubleshooting, parts availability,
rectification time, task deferral) on Line aircraft.
2. Ensure that aircraft status reports are continuously generated and submitted to relevant offices.
3. Ensure that historical data filing system is available for the team which allows quick data access.
4. Secure outstation maintenance provider's explanation for each delay incurred.
5. Provide technical responses to queries from other departments.
6. Assist and guides Maintenance Controller with the analysis and troubleshooting of urgent AOG defects, delays
and other relevant technical aircraft remarks or issues.
7. Assist and guides Maintenance Control Defect Analyst Engineer regarding handling of recurring Aircraft defects,
through Analysis, Pilot remarks and or Maintenance remarks.
8. Develops troubleshooting strategies and Plans to address complex, intransient, and recurring defects using
published technical data and computerized troubleshooting tools.
9. Ensures all MCC Shift schedule is always covered with complete MCC team Personnel.
10. Ensure Cebu MCC Team recovery of Aircraft delays and AOG are at utmost shortest time without compromising
aircraft airworthiness safety.
11. To actively participate in CEB SMS by ensuring that highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by
complying with all applicable safety and security laws, regulations and standards and by reporting all accidents,
Incidents and hazards.
12. Elevate issues to his superiors as deemed necessary.
13. Perform other task as directed by his Superiors
14. To implement the Company's rules and regulations.
15. To delegate his authority and responsibilities to an Officer-In-Charge (OIC) in case of being absent for duty.
Basic Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of any 4 years bachelor's degree course.
Must have at least (2) years of work experience related field.
Willing to work onsite in Pasay and shifting schedules.
