Job Description
Reporting to the Head of People (Philippines), you'll play a vital role in driving learning and development for the organization. You'll be responsible for working closely with our leaders across the business to identify and assess current and future learning needs to enhance employee skill, performance, productivity in this fast growing and innovative environment.
Leading a small team of skilled and passionate Learning professionals you'll be responsible for developing, launching and embedding learning solutions and programs to support delivery of our ambitious growth goals. Working collaboratively to build and deliver the Learning strategy with the broader people team and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for:
Lead the learning and development function for the organization, designing, developing and executing programs and initiatives to support onboarding, upskilling and continued growth
Lead the development of high impact, simple assessment and competency models
Lead the team to develop blended learning material, facilitations guides, online / digital content and "Train the Trainer' materials to deliver learning programs as appropriate.
Actively partner with leaders and stakeholders on learning priorities, plans and deliverables
Monitor and evaluate learning programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically
Provide reporting and regular updates to ensure stakeholders are informed of the status of learning, including implementation, schedules and changes
Manage and ensure continuous improvement of our LMS and e-learning platform powered by SAP Litmos, including the design of digital learning solutions as appropriate and overseeing management of learning records
Qualifications
With a Bachelors qualification you're an experienced learning professional (+7 years) who can think strategically, but at the same time be comfortable hustling and getting things done. You bring to the role your energy and excitement for doing things a little differently in an environment where the foundations are being built.
You'll bring to the role your deep expertise in contemporary learning practices with a passion for creating an environment where leaders are set up to support the development of their people and all employees can build their skills for success now and the future. You are inspired to continually understand current learning trends, development and best practices and look for ways to utilize this to enhance delivery in your role.
Your experience leading a Learning team, ideally in medium sized multinational enterprise, means you know how to establish strong relationships with leaders to define and shape high impact learning outcomes. You'll need to have extensive experience and expertise:
Leading a small learning team in a diverse, multi national organisation including proactive planning and forecasting of resource allocation
Developing high impact competency models, including design of role profiles, assessments and aligned development solutions
Identify and assess future and current learning needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with leaders
Managing an LMS, preferably SAP Litmos
Content designing and writing for eLearning using articulate and blended learning including manuals, workbooks and video scripts
Facilitation design and delivery with the ability to coach and guide others
You'll also need to be:
Collaborative in nature, with a strong ability to influence and drive change agendas with multiple stakeholders at all layers of the organisation
A pragmatic and commonsense problem solver with the ability communicate ideas in a simple, structured and engaging way
Desire to work as part of a high performing team where we constantly challenge the status quo and how things have been done before

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Our teams are currently working from home however, this role will be based in our Makati head offices once circumstances allow. In order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
