Purpose/ Mission:
To achieve profitable and sustainable market growth & door expansion of Global Key & Brand Account(s), while aligning with adidas (target) brand image & strategy. Ensure key account target achievement.

Functional: * Lead and Oversee negotiation and reinforcement of adidas trade terms.
Develop and Implement the Key Account Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly conducted
Allocate resources, negotiate, implementation and tracking of action plans. SWB & Off Invoice bucket Management.
Represent the Key Account team internally as an "ambassador" towards all functions and manage all interfaces.
Frequently address Key Account requirements across functions
Proactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other functions and accounts
Development & Management of account strategies with KAMs, formalization by strategic account plans and get sign-off by the director superior.
Sell-in and agree on sell-through support. Formalize specific Account's Marketing Plans
Proactively lead the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions for the Key Account team
Continue to monitor the sell-through and the order back-log as well as reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account.
By proactively facilitate meeting with designated operations team and Customer Service
To conduct and share sell through information from account
Manage HUB stakeholders supporting the country and customers
Lead and execute aligned WHS APAC/SEA strategic directives as aligned with head of whs.
Controlling: * Monitor the progress of assigned account and team member KPIs to ensure target achievement.
Review and recommend KAM's reports on customers and competitors' activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions.
Ensure customer compliance with trade agreements (i.e. trade terms)
Ensure appropriate and expected returns on trade investments are maximized and met at the end of every run and conduct a post promo evaluation with KAM & Accounts.
