Description
Flight dispatcher is in-charge of providing crew a flight package including Fuel, NOTAMS, and
weather.
Responsibilities
 Computes Fuel requirements all flights from all our customers.
 Monitors and ensures all flights are compliance with the regulations for each of our customers.
 Monitors airport suitability across the network.
 Monitors NOTAMS and ensure they are adequately filtered or passed for further analysis to
other ops teams.
 Monitors weather and advises accordingly OCC Manager and the rest of OCC of weather
alerts.
 Tracks flights and aircraft positions accordingly to regulations and reports to OCC manager in
the case of any event.
 Ensures that flight packages are delivered to Crew on time, then completed by crew after the
flight on time.
 Response to management requests of flight packages.
 Deals directly with suppliers on emergency situations (malfunctions affecting ops) and long-
term supplier management for continuous improvement and SLA monitoring.
 Lead and supervises a team of flight dispatchers.
 5 years' experience as management in the lfight dispatching area.
 Has experience discussing with regulators on paperless operations.
 Knowledge on configuring flight planning systems and EFB systems.
