We are looking for a highly talentedManager, Finance Business Partner - FinTech, APACto join our Regional New Verticals Finance team in based in the Philippines. What's on the menu for you to do
Finance Business Partnering-
Partner with regional department heads and cross-functional teams in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensuring all finance related activities for payments vertical is well aligned between all stakeholders
Forecasting and Budgeting-
Develop financial plans based on an in-depth understanding of business needs, with the objective of achieving growth and profitability targets.
Create financial modelling based on business plans, new channels or product offerings, and business development opportunities.
Financial Analysis -
Provide meaningful financial analysis in order to aid business decisions.
Perform revenue and pricing analysis against financial budget, highlighting trends and communicating any causes of unexpected variances.
Financial Reviews -
Produce, compile, and present financial data to evaluate business performance, and provide informed recommendations
Process creation, streamlining and automation -
Identify and suggest areas in which we can do better! To automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational and accounting processes to improve business efficiency in the region.
Working in close cooperation with finance, accounting, tax and treasury departments locally, regionally and globally
Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure all reporting/data related to payments is tracked in an efficient manner
Coordinate with local countries counterparts to understand their processes, transactions and payments flows in order to ensure correct information is communicated to external and internal stakeholders
Others (But in conjunction with the wide team!) -
Manage end to end projects alongside Business stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met

What do you bring to the table
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience in digital payments, ecommerce, technology is highly preferred.
Good understanding of various fintech business models and processes.
Strong experience in managing all finance operations related items for digital payment solutions.
Strong experience in developing and building key metrics for digital payments business performance tracking
Strong project management and organizational skills coordinate complex projects.
Able to work independently if required, and learn quickly and adapt to different roles in a growing team.
Team player, collaborative, and ability to adjust to changing priorities and short timelines.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment all whilst having fun!
Exceptional Microsoft Office and Google suite skills (particularly G Slides and G Docs).
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
Basic programming skills, SQL, and Tableau a plus.
