Responsibilities
· Ensure devices are monitored and control up to company's standard.
· Own the MDM configuration.
· Deploy devices to user as required.
· Support users when these report issues.
· Ensure all apps are checked before deployment to the general population.
· Communicates with app's suppliers and the internal team for improvement, deployment, and introduction of new functions on the line.
· Own EFB procedure Manual and training package for pilots.
Requirements
· 5 years' experience in device management and complex deployments.
· Preferably aviation experience.
· Experience on remote deploying of devices.
· Knowledge on Apple's business and enterprise environment.
