Description
Crew Controller is responsible for ensuring crew are scheduled and operate as per regulations of
the different clients.
Responsibilities
 Schedules Training requirement into crew roster.
 Schedule flights into the crew roster after the training requirements.
 Ensures rosters are being deployed in accordance with customer's requirements.
 Monitors day of ops and addresses crew no-shows, crew standby management, and managing
disruption from the crew side.
 Collects and address crew calls on a daily basis.
 Manages crew disruptions and changes during daily operations. Including training.
 Designs and manages procedures for rostering and crew control to support our customer's
needs
 5 years' experience as management in the crew control area.
 Has experience discussing with regulators on crew disruption
 Knowledge on configuring operations and crew rostering systems to fit regulations.
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Hospitality and Tourism Outsourcing / Offshoring 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
