You will oversee day to day onboarding and migration activities
You will prepare data for management reporting and facilitate meetings/engagements with various stake holders
You will build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders (external and/or internal clients) through proactive communication and onboarding delivery management
You will drive continuous improvement through process standardization and efficiency initiatives while fostering cross-functional collaboration
You will ensure compliance with risk management frameworks and quality standards across all service offerings and engagements
You will lead and manage a team of accounting professionals through coaching, performance management, and career development initiatives to foster high engagement and technical excellence
You will monitor and optimize team performance and resource allocation against KPIs and service level agreements, ensuring consistent high-quality delivery while managing workflow and capacity to meet operational objectives
You will oversee the setup, onboarding and migration of clients into IQEQ, while serving as the primary escalation point for technical and operational matters

QualificationsABOUT YOU:
You have at least you have a 7+ years' experience in Corporate Services with exposure to both Legal and Accounting
You have an experience in providing services to clients and managing client relationships
You have an experience in training and mentoring qualified and part qualified Accountants
You have a comfortable communicating with Senior Management
