About the roleBusiness Development ManagerBusiness Development Manager, APACRole OverviewInternational SOS is expanding its Supply Division across Asia, focusing on public health and humanitarian markets. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead business development efforts, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth in Southeast Asia and beyond. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial leader with deep knowledge of government procurement, donor funding, and health systems in emerging markets.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with regional priorities
Identify and pursue opportunities with government agencies, NGOs, development banks, and subcontractors
Build and manage client relationships, ensuring alignment with International SOS's value proposition
Lead market analysis, RFQ identification, and bid strategy development
Represent International SOS at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for Asia-related supply inquiries
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years' experience in business development, preferably in public health, humanitarian aid, or government sectors
Proven success in sales growth, bid management, and client engagement
Experience working in emerging markets and cross-border environments
Strong project management, strategic thinking, and financial acumen
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Russian) are a plus
