Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of all base maintenance events and lease return/sale events through a team of project leaders and technical representatives.
Manage on-site aircraft delivery and lease return processes; ensure that the aircraft meets the technical benchmarks set by the airline.
Ensure aircraft meet the specifications prior to purchase and resale, are outfitted to high quality standards, ensures documentation is complete and ensures equipment and personnel are coordinated efficiently.
Ensures timely management reports providing accurate status of the project. Take remedial action to ensure project remains within defined scope, time, cost, and quality.
Manage the lease return projects to ensure that airline/lessor obligations are met.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate of an engineering (general, mechanical, aerospace, electrical/electronics) course or an aircraft maintenance license holder.
Must have at least five(5) years of experience in the aircraft engineering, fleet management, supply chain or maintenance industry, preferably from various airline/MRO/workshop organizations, handling managerial roles.
Must exemplify a sound leadership and ability to build and manage diverse teams
Experience in aircraft lease management, lease return checks and base maintenance is an advantage.
