JOB DESCRIPTION
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
Gaining Knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Taking detailed notes and liasing with Manager, Supervisors and other senior staff.
Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
Other task may be assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Adminstration,Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Engineering or equivalent.
Preferrably a candidate who has graduated or completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Should have excellent English and Filipino communication and analytical skills.
Passionately committed to develop a long-term career in the electronics appliances industry.
Fresh Graduates/Entry Level applicants who are from a reputable university are encouraged to apply.
