Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business- related course.
• With at least 1 year experience in Managing Restaurant or Retail Store.
• Computer Literate
• Good communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the achievement of the store's business objectives such as sales and profitability targets, customer satisfaction and food, safety and cleanliness standards, people management and development, and store's adherence to standard operating system.
• Leads in building awareness through customer engagement initiatives.
• Updates schedule, demonstrates protocol, tracks supply and shipment orders to ensure sufficient supply.
• Responds efficiently and accurately to customer complaint.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manages restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
