THE REQUIREMENT: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
The management trainee's responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.
WHAT THE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE WILL BE EXPECTED TO DO WELL
As the MT, she/he will undergo training to the different company departments that will enable her/him to advance to management positions within an organization. She/He will work closely with senior personnel, learning techniques and gaining the knowledge required to do the task/s smoothly.
Completes all assigned tasks and assists with day-to-day operations;
Participates in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities;
Observes and learns from experienced staff members;
Gains knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes;
Liaises with Managers, Supervisors, and other Senior Staffs;
Fulfills any requirements and meet goals set out at the start of the traineeship;
Prepares documents, updates records, and provides administrative support;
Travels to different offices and participating in daily operations as required;
Assists managers to complete various tasks (e.g. project management, policymaking);
Understand each department's (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals;
Familiarize with different personnel duties/tasks;
Advocates continuous improvement by findings better ways to increase profitability and lower risk;

To do well as Management Trainee the person we are looking for should have the following preferred qualifications:
Graduate of any four-year course, preferably a newly graduate;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
Experienced in using MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint;
A lifelong learner who is excited to explore digital innovations and transformation models;
Ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences;
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships;
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal;
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; and
A self-starter who can effectively deliver with minimum supervision while working onsite in Makati or from anywhere.
