Job Description
Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices. Develops a strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Oversee day-to-day operations Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Prepare regular reports for upper management Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
Job Qualifications
Proven experience as a management trainee or similar executive role
Strong leadership skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in a management role or similar.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Effective communication skills
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Graduate in any Business Management courses
