The Management Training Program (MTP) is a one-year extensive development course for talented individuals who have the potential to take on leadership roles. The program provides academic/classroom and hands-on training on the major areas of banking: Treasury, Trust, Private Banking. Consumer Banking, Institutional Banking, Branch Banking, and Cash Management.
Our senior officers mentor Management Trainees to ensure they acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in operations, sales, marketing, in preparation for their assignment as future officers of China Bank.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate of any Business or IT courses
Graduated with Latin Honors or with Master's degree in Business Administration
Has excellent communication and analytical skills
Team player and possesses a strong drive for excellence
