Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Transportation and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Financial Management or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Logistics/Transportation and Supply Chain, however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required skill(s): Interpersonal Communication, Analytical Analysis, Leadership Abilities, Problem Solving, Time Management and Organizational Skills.
Willing to be assigned in Norzagaray, Bulacan, Bocaue Bulacan and Quezon City.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
Plan, manage and evaluate logistics and transportation operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance
Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service
Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
Collect, analyze, review data and generate reports and ensure 100% efficiency.
Make suggestions for improvement in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality and productivity
Implement health and safety procedures
