The Management Trainee is responsible in managing the daily operations of the branch and cater needs of our customer, consultant & borrower.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four-year business related course
With at least two (2) years of work experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations- Work experience in a bank or financing or car industry is an advantage
Must have at least six (6) months of supervisory or managerial experience
Required skills: leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal
A strategist, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical
Customer-service oriented
Has the ability to handle challenging situations
Work Schedule:
Monday-Saturday
9:00AM-6:00PM
