Executing consistent food safety, delivering high food quality, warm customer service, efficient workforce management, responsive reporting, and tight inventory management.Job Objectives:To ensure that food safety standards are being practiced at all times.To implement best practices in providing excellent customer satisfaction.To properly manage and monitor stocks and inventories.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct and manage team meetings to set daily schedules and activities.Monitors standard production processes and strict observance of food safety.Checks food and service quality consistently.Manages team member, prepare reports and inventory costs.Monitors and replenishes stocks and orderings.Job Specifications:Graduate of Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or other related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Experience working in fast-food industry is an advantage.Amenable to work full-time in Fairview Commonwealth Avenue Quezon City.
