JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform and complete the third party audit cycle, and conduct specific training programs specifically for Food Safety
Conduct and complete the whole audit cycle, either as a team member or team leader in accordance with applicable regulations and standards
Communicate with or attend to client inquiries related to the system standards where they had been qualified to audit
Review and customize training materials, when needed, and conduct training on specific programs as determined by the Division Manager
Provide coaching and performance feedback for auditors under training or supervision
Complete audit reports and update client's files i.e. kick sheet, etc.
Comply with the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies and supporting objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Chemistry OR degree in a food or bio-science related discipline
Professional License is an advantage
Must be an IRCA/JRCA Certified Lead Auditor
At least five (5) years full time work experience in food-chain related industry including two years of work in Quality Assurance or Food Safety functions with food production or manufacturing, retailing, inspection or equivalent
At least two (2) years work experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry
Experience from Feeds Manufacturing industry is a must
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
Must be amenable to work in Makati
