A multinational testing and certification company
JOB SUMMARY: Performs and completes the third party audit cycle, and conducts specific training programs specifically for Food Safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct and complete the whole audit cycle, either as a team member or team leader in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
Review and customize training materials, when needed, and conduct training on specific programs as determined by the Division Manager.
Provide coaching and performance feedback for auditors under training or supervision.
Complete audit reports and update client's files i.e. kick sheet, etc.
Comply with the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies and support objectives including, but not limited to:
Demonstrate strong commitment to the company's QHSEE policies, procedures and work instructions by actively participating in meetings, projects and events, completes required training, intervenes in unsafe situations, refuses unsafe work, and complies fully with all applicable laws and regulations related to HSEE
Respond appropriately and immediately to emergency situations and assist other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or other Science-related courses, or Engineering
Minimum 4 years of experience, 2 years of which in quality assurance or quality control (food manufacturing, feed manufacturing, farming, agriculture, catering, food storage and transportation, food retail)
Preferably have completed an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor Course
Preferably with experience working within a certified quality system (ISO 9001: 2018 QMS, ISO 22000: Food Safety)
With excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
