RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct and complete the whole audit cycle, either as a team member or team leader in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
Conduct desk study of the client's management system.
Prepare checklist and itinerary as guide during audit.
Conduct audit on site according to procedures.
Prepare and complete the audit package.
Communicate with or attend to client inquiries related to the system standard where they had been qualified to audit.
Review and customize training materials, when needed, and conduct training on specific programs as determined by the Division.
Provide coaching and performance feedback for auditors under training or supervision.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
Complete audit reports and update client's files i.e. kick sheet, etc.
Comply with the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies and supporting objectives including, but not limited to:
Demonstrate strong commitment to company QHSEE policies, procedures and work instructions by actively participating in meetings, projects and events, complete required training, intervene in unsafe situations, refuse unsafe work, and comply fully with all applicable laws and regulations related to HSEE
Respond appropriately and immediately to emergency situations and assist other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields
Four (4) years full time appropriate practical experience in automotive/auto parts, with two (2) years dedicated to Quality Assurance activities in the past 10 years, in an organization meeting applicability of IATF 16949
Have attended an IRCA/JRCA Certified Lead Auditor Course an advantage
