1. Administrator of the TCL Integrated Operating System (TIOS)- Outsystems platform
Orient new employee/user on TIOS process flow
Create new TIOS User Account.
Update and modifies maintenance detail.
Assist address TIOS concerns, report generation, bugs in coordination with TESI
Perform Change request Order (JO re-use, PCV sub-account).
2. Monitor TIOS Modification and Change Order requests until completed.
Creates or help design/formulate a program/system needed by the company. Analyze and develops process improvements for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Coordinate and participate in TCL-TESI TIOS development meeting
4. Updates and monitor compliance to MIS-related Procedures and Work Instruction Manual (PAWIM) including MIS quality records (whenever necessary) and posting them to TCL intranet before use.
5. Designs, formats and updates company forms. Maintain soft copies of internally generated documents, reports, and forms, including online TIMS manual.
6. Custodian of MIS-related documents and files (ISO/TIMS/ MIS Policy/MIS Forms).
7. Monitor compliance to MIS-related policies to ensure data protection and security.
8. Assist in the implementation of companywide MIS Emergency Response and Business Continuity Plan and Risk Management Initiatives.
9. Represents the company in divisional and group-wide ICT forums.
