Responsible for providing key support functions for the Office of the Chairman and CEO, with special focus on assigned SBUs, covering support on business strategy and operations.
Job Responsibilities
1. Supports CEO Office in providing analytical reports in the development of strategic initiatives, financial perfomance of market.
2. Supports in consolidating AOPs and monitors progress strategic initiatives and key projects.
3. Supports in managing financial information.
4. Supports in creating periodic state of the business analysis for any variances.
5. Manages calendar meetings of Board Committees and Mancom
6. Supports in creating and filing minutes of the meeting.
7. Involves in data analysis for functional and organizational data using a combination of digital and critical thingking skills.
8. Evaluates financial data and creates reports that identify areas of concern or opportunity.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
0 to 3 Years experience in the field of Finance, HR Process, Audit, IT, Project Management, Consulting and Business Development.
