Minimum Qualifications
Management Accounting Specialist aids managerial planning and commercial decision-making tasks by providing appropriate, relevant and timely financial information. He/she assists the Section Manager / Controller in giving advice or technical assistance to the General Manager or Top Management about the financial implications of business decisions to aid growth and profit and to achieve its organizational goals.
Assist the Controller in helping the business manage process and controls, steering the business performance, drive profitable growth and sharpen business investments.
Prepares and analyzes weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management reports and commentaries (Profit and Loss Analysis, other management reports)
Analyzes variances and explores potential problems.
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Drive performance management using key performance indicators.
Create and analyze forecast plan and highlight risk and opportunities relevant to business planning and decision making.
Gather and analyze financial information for internal use.
Support the budgeting and long-term planning process.
Support the company in managing its investment portfolio and drive return on investment.
Business partner to the cross functional teams, aiding decision-making through information and analytics.
Help in the creation of financial analyses or business cases to evaluate financial viability of innovation, manufacturing or buying and operations projects.
Closely monitors the spending of the Trade investment & overhead budgets.
