Team Overview and Job responsibilities
Responsible for providing Engineering support to Manufacturing and Plant Operations. This post interferes with the management team, engineering and plant maintenance, supporting the needs and requirements of operations. Provide continuous improvement for company manufacturing processes.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Industrial).
Can understand and interpret technical terms and drawings.
Able to use proper writing techniques in business and technical writing.
Electromechanical skill is a must.
Integrates technology into the workplace.
Can do complicated troubleshooting requiring analysis and repairs.
Applies basic strategic thinking skills to daily work activities.
Performs the role of a supervisor.
Must be attentive to all the engineering projects in relation to the modification of equipment, process, etc. to improve installed capacity of the plant. Work closely with technical group to resolve issues concerning machine breakdown.
Well versed against latest technology, process controls and machine capabilities to improve productivity, efficiency & scrap reduction.
