Skills/Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities to lead, coordinate, influenc and communicate with both internal and external parties, including stakeholders during the major, significant and complex IT issues in order to achieve quick inciden resolution and enhance the service availability and minimize the busines disruptions/interruptions.
Must have 10+ years of robust MIM exposure/experience in effectively delivering Major Incident management capabilities to clients with bigger repute (end to en ITO)
Must have worked and managed offshore-based operations/delivery particularl those based in India.
Must have interacted with clients based in the UKI regions.
Must be flexible for on-call support on a 24*7*365 basis.
Work from home contract.
Good grasp of the ITIL processes (a 10/10 level).
