Description
- Atleast High School or Vocational Graduate
- With 1 year experience on basic carpentery and plumbing electrical wiring.
-Conduct regular and timely inspection, check-up, and monitoring of electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment, connections, and wirings.
-Report equipment malfunctions to the immediate supervisor
-Troubleshoot, execute minor repairs and maintain mechanical and plumbing equipment
-Install necessary fixtures and devices
-Maintain cleanliness of light fixtures, outlets and electrical cabinets
-Assist in the preparation of specifications for major electrical, mechanical and plumbing distribution and repairs
-Carry out other activities that may be required to ensure efficient electrical, mechanical, and plumbing operations
-Perform other related tasks that maybe assigned by the Supervisor(s) from time to time.
