Job Description:
A maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of a facility, such as an apartment building or business office. They are skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Duties include inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs. Maintenance technicians can work in a variety of settings including commercial and residential buildings.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent qualification
- With atleast 1-2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Knowledgeable in tools, common appliances and etc.
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Well organized
- Willing to be assigned at Pasay City
