MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies and procedures to ensure maximum uptime of equipment and facilities.
Work with the maintenance team to develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules.
Conduct job hazard analysis and ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts and materials used, and equipment downtime.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Management and Technology or equivalent
With at least 1-2 years of experience in the related field (Hotel or resort) is required for this position.
Responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the facilities in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment.
Responsible for ensuring that the building systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil works and other auxiliary systems) are in good condition and properly maintained.
Excellent leadership, planning, and organizing skills
Can start immediately
Willing to be relocated in Malapascua Island, Daanbantayan, Cebu
