DONAU CARBON PHILIPPINES CORP., as an International operating Company with the Donau Carbon GmbH Germany group, is looking to fill for the following positions:
 
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
 
REPORTS TO: PLANT/MAINTENCE MANAGER
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to Maintenance Manager and implements plans, instructions as set forth by the Maintenance Manager;
Supervises and oversees maintenance work for efficient, orderly, correct and complete implementation;
Ensures that all Rotary Kilns and production lines / plant equipment/machineries are operational at all times;
Plan maintenance activities that are to be scheduled, implements and monitors total preventive maintenance of all plant equipment;
Make necessary recommendations regarding technical requirements for the upgrading of machines and equipments;
Prepare and make purchase requisition of spare-parts, equipment, materials and consumable items;
Ensures safety level of spare-parts inventory of all equipments;
Prepare and plan calibration program for all plant measuring and testing apparatus/equipment;
Prepare/submit reports on the status of plant machine/equipment;
Prepares, maintains and review logs and other records;
Perform other duties consistent with job as maybe required by Maintenance Manager from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably with a   minimum 5 - year experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisory Level in a manufacturing firm.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Computer literate, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
Critical thinking skills, Inter-personal skills, Good oral and written communication skills, Supervisory Skills, Organizational & Planning Skills
