Responsibilities
Perform cleaning activities and disinfection of the facility.
Check electrical related issues.
Install appliances and equipment.
Assist the doctors, patients and employees in parking.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
Report to admin for issues and concerns in the clinic.
Assisting ADMIN and management personnel.
Assisting marketing staff and purchasing officer in general errands, such as but not limited to, giving of flyers, installing marketing materials, purchasing, bills payment, and bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver packages or documents.
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
