Job Descriptions:
- Conduct regular and timely inspection, check-up and monitoring of electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment, connections and wiring.
- Report equipment malfunctions to the immediate supervisor.
- Troubleshoot, execute minor repairs and maintain mechanical and plumbing equipment.
- Install necessary fixtures and devices.
- Maintain cleanliness of light fixtures, outlets, and electrical cabinets.
- Assist in preparation of specifications for major electrical mechanical and plumbing distributions and repairs.
- Carry out other activities that may be required to ensure effecient electrical, mechanical and plumbing operations.
- Perform other related task that may be assigned by the Supervisor(s) from time to time.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate or any Vocational course.
- Has NCII Certification
- With atleast 2 years of working experience.
- Willing to work in a STAY-IN SET UP (Free Accomodation & Utility)
- Willing to undergo 14 DAYS QUARANTINE (Free Accomodation & Free Food)
