Primary Responsibilities
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Keep work areas in clean and orderly condition
Specific Responsibilities
Perform mechanical tasks such as repair and preventive maintenance of motors, air compressors, small appliances and alike
Inspect and troubleshoot the cooling and ventilation systems
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Support production related activities such as installation of machines/equipment and alike
Coordinate with the rest of Facility staff
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a High School / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Experience in Air Conditioning System, plumbing, electrical wiring, lay-out and installation in an industrial setup is an advantage but not required
Flexible, hardworking and trustworthy
Dynamic and can work under pressure
Should be willing to work in varying shifts
