Job Description
Oversee Maintenance Project
Monitors the on site and off site performance on daily basis
Oversee and review work progress in compliance with safety and building regulations
Overall supervision of Project Planning, Scheduling, Claims, Contracts, Costing and Implementations
Manage multiple, concurrent projects ensuring quality, on-time and on-budget implementations
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a Professional License in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
With at least 5 years solid background experience in mass Maintenance projects or Large Mechanical Works
More than 15 years of experience in project management in various engineering works
Experience in managing multiple projects
Risk Assessment and Management
Strong interpersonal,communication and leadership skills
Willing to travel
Willing to work anywhere in the Philippines
